After seleral years of development, now it has become a large-scale company with research, desdign, production and sales.The company ys located in Puwa Industry Zone Yanshan county Hebei province, north of Beijing and Tianjin ,southe near Shandong province. The traffic is convenient and the geographic ljocation is souperior. It covers an area of more than 50,000M3,218 employees including 36 specialized technical personnels with college degree.The existing fixed assets is more than 5million yuan. It has already passed ISO9001-2000quality system certification.The company has developed high wear-tech equipments and technology,which is made of special materials, inner quenching, heating treatment etc higher process technology content. After quenching the rigidity of inner pipe can reach to about 62HRC, and the wear-resistant layer can be controlled in 2mm to 2.5mm, so that the service life of a complete pipe increases 3-5 times. And the company becomes a large-scale professional manufacturer of concrete pump delivery line and spare parts , which can be used for "sany","Zoomlion","Putzmeister","Schwing" concrete pumps Accessories. We can produce hardened pipes 200-300 pieces daily, and trailer pump pipes 800 pieces daily. Our hardenged pipes and trailer pump pipes have received good reputation at domesitc and abroad.Our plant also develops twin wall elbow, which is made of double structures, inside layer alloy and outside layer Q235, heating treatment and tempering process. The rigidity of inside layer can reach to about 65HRC, the service life can reach to 35000-40000CBM,and the connected pipe's life had been greatly improved.
